To make perfectly portioned donut holes, I find these tools to be super helpful and fun to use:
Flex+ Prep Set (3 tools in one including a hand mixer, immersion blender and food processor)
Coating Trays (for rolling in cinnamon sugar)
Milk Pan (for melting butter on stovetop)
Pumpkin Donut Holes
1-3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Korintje Cinnamon or regular cinnamon
1 tsp Cinnamon Plus (or pumpkin pie spice)
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup solid-pack canned pumpkin
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup skim milk
1/3 cup canola oil
1 large egg
1/2 tsp Double-Strength Vanilla (or 1 tsp regular vanilla)
Oil for brushing
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1-2 TBSP Korintje Cinnamon (or regular cinnamon)
6 TBSP butter
